ARTISTIC FREEDOM DISCOUNT

For a 20% discount, you tell me the general idea of what you're wanting, and then I come back with the finished piece with NO CHECK-INS. I get to have artistic liberty over the piece.

It's not feasible for me to list out every kink I can do (there's a LOT), but I don't kink shame. When you ask me, I will simply tell you yes or no.

I can do any ship/character (as long as they don't go against my "Can't Do" section). I don't have any notps or characters I strongly dislike!

Terms of Service

  1. I typically get commissions done in 1-4 weeks, but it can take longer for highly complex pieces. I will let you know if this is the case for your commission.
    • If you have a set deadline, please communicate that with me. It could possibly cost a fee depending on how soon the deadline is.
  2. I will email you a high resolution .png file of your commission if you wish me to.
  3. You must be 18 years or older to commission me.
  4. I currently do not offer commissions for commercial artwork. Everything I make is for your personal use only.
  5. All private information shared between the artist and the commissioner because of payment processing shall remain confidential.
  6. I reserve the right to work on personal pieces and other projects while your commission is in progress.
  7. I require an upfront payment.
    • For pieces above 50 USD, you may request the payment to be split up into two halves, one upfront and one in the middle of the commission.
    • All payments will be done with PayPal.
  8. Commissions are not refundable, unless for some reason I cannot finish the piece, then I will issue a full refund.
  9. At each stage of the commission you may request minor changes and alterations, but only at the sketch stage can you request major changes (changing the pose and overall composition).
    • However, if you have requested the artistic freedom discount, you will not see the piece until it is finished, and you can only ask for minor additions (i.e. adding scars, adding freckles, changing eye color, etc.) at the end.
  10. I reserve the right to:
    • Include the commissioned work in portfolios, online profiles, commission sheets, etc.
    • Modify, edit, and repurpose the commissioned piece.
    • Claim the commissioned piece as my own work.
  11. You, the commissioner, reserve the right to:
    • Use the work for personal use (screen savers, personal prints/stickers).
    • Post the commission online (and use it for profile pictures/banners) WITH PROPER CREDITS TO ME (tagging me/linking my social media).
  12. You, and anyone else, may not:
    • Include the commissioned work in portfolios, commission sheets, etc.
    • Reproduce/print the artwork for merchandise to be sold without permission, or print the artwork for mass distribution, regardless if any money is made or not.
    • Claim my work as your own.
    • Remove or alter my watermark, or post the art with any changes or alterations.
  13. You may discuss with me if you wish to keep the commission private.
  14. Please let me know if you want to remain anonymous when I post the commission online.
  15. I reserve the right to deny any client for whatever reason (this is mostly aimed at accounts that seem suspicious, I suspect to be bots, and/or have a bad track record with scamming other artists.)
